They also keep costs low by getting their members to help out with their customer support. This means there are no phone numbers to call for help. However, you do have plenty of options to sort out any issues you might have.

Community help

To get fast and useful support from the giffgaff forums just log-in to My giffgaff then click on Community. There you can post a new thread describing your problem and other giffgaff users will get back to you in no time at all.

giffgaff‘s community is a fantastic alternative to regular customer support. It has been rated as 9/10 in a customer satisfaction survey and every question customers ask get 11 responses on average. There is not a single user enquiry that has not been answered.

If you can’t resolve your problem through the giffgaff community, you can send a message to an agent who will be able to help you out. Just log-in to My giffgaff and click the ask an agent link on the right. You can then describe your issues and you should get a response within 24 hours.

    i have the same issue cant sign in but can top up through mobile, so cant get my goodie bag, also i just topped up a tenner aand recieved to confirmation and its not on my phone but now voucher isnt valid, what do i do?

    My telephone is either lost or stolen. I have a £10.00 goody bag automatically on Direct Debit. The payment date is the 19th of each month. Please can we suspend this payment and bar the phone and order anew sim card. The telephone number is [removed]. Please call ne on [removed]. Thank you.

    • Are you referring to Giffgaff? How much money have they taken out and how? How do you know it’s them?

      They have a postal address you can write to or use their email address: complaints@giffgaff.com. Let us know if you get a resolution.

        thank you so much & yes giffgaff never known a network thats not straight forward a month and on my bank statement it had http://www.giffgaff.com for the past 5 months taking 15pound out and i was on pay as you go 02 and had tmobile contract for 12months so it isnt me but thank you i will let you know

    • Did you just top-up or buy the goodybag too? Can you see that it’s live in your My giffgaff? We are not giffgaff so we cannot contact you but you could try the community forums or asking an agent.

    My sim has broken and I need to replace it but I have already set up for you to take payment each month I am not able to log in as icant remember my password and its not accepting anything I put in to try and get on the page to sort this is there no damn phone number i am getting really annoyed

    I have a recurring £10 goodbag set up. Which consists of unlimited texts, a message has come up on my mobile that from 1st november to 30th november i have sent 53 texts and exceeded by 3. I do not understand this at all. Could you please get back to me on this matter. I have tried to ask an agent, but did not work.
